WOC44 Deposit Pending: Methods, Status & Troubleshooting

By , Penyunting Panduan · Malaysia  ·

Read in: Bahasa Melayu · 中文

A WOC44 deposit stuck on pending, or money that has left your bank but has not reached your account balance, is one of the most common questions we receive. This guide puts every deposit question on one page: the payment methods WOC44 shows, whether online bank transfers and e-wallets are accepted, the issue of using someone else's bank account, what to do when a deposit is not credited, proof of deposit, cancelling a pending deposit and how to check your WOC44 deposit status.

Before we start, one important point: WOC44 Blog is an independent information site. We are not the WOC44 operator, so we cannot see your account, balance or transactions. All brand facts below were checked on woc44.online on 31 October 2026, and methods and rates can change at any time. For a real case, only WOC44 Live Chat can look up your transaction.

We also do not encourage anyone to deposit. Online gambling is restricted in Malaysia, this content is for readers aged 18 and over, and you are responsible for following the law. If you are new to the platform, read our complete WOC44 guide first for the bigger picture.

What deposit methods are available on WOC44?

On the WOC44 deposit page, MYR payment methods are grouped by type. Below is the list shown during our check on 31 October 2026. Gateway names can be added, removed or renamed without notice, so always refer to the live deposit page inside your account.

  • E-Wallet/QR: E-WALLET QR, QRPAY, ONEMPAY, ULTRAPAY
  • E-Wallet/QR/Bank gateways: VPAY, SPEEDPAY, SUN2PAY, PAY2WIN, I1BAYAR
  • ATM/CDM (deposits via an ATM or cash deposit machine)
  • TNG/Telco: TELCO PIN, TNG PIN
  • Vietnam payment: AEEPAY (rate shown 100,000 VND = 17 MYR)
  • Crypto: RICHPAY CRYPTO (rate shown 1 USDT = 4.00 MYR)

There is also a QRPAYZ banner advertising QR scan-to-pay, TNG PIN reload and "auto withdrawal". That is the site's own promotional claim; we cannot confirm how it works for every account.

A special note on telco deposits: WOC44 shows a banner reading "Telco Deposit Tolak 30%". This means deposits made with a telco PIN are credited after a 30% deduction. For example, if you redeem a PIN worth RM100, you should expect only around RM70 to reach your balance. Another banner says "Telco can claim bonus, cuci full 100%". Work out the real cost before choosing this method, because a deduction of that size is large.

For crypto and the Vietnam payment option, the rates shown (1 USDT = 4.00 MYR and 100,000 VND = 17 MYR) were the rates at the time of our check only. They change, and the site's rate may differ from the market rate. Check the current rate on the deposit page before sending any funds, and factor in any network fees or third-party fees charged by your own wallet or bank.

Does WOC44 accept online bank transfers?

WOC44 does not publish a list of specific banks. What it does show is several payment gateways labelled "E-Wallet/QR/Bank": VPAY, SPEEDPAY, SUN2PAY, PAY2WIN and I1BAYAR. In general, gateways like these let you pay through online banking or a QR scan, after which the gateway notifies the site of the payment.

An ATM/CDM option is also listed for people who prefer to deposit at a bank machine. If you use it, keep the printed slip safe, because it contains the date, time, amount and reference number that customer service may ask for.

One more thing to keep in mind: WOC44 shows a popup reading "Bank Maintenance — Please Submit Again After The Maintenance" when a bank is under maintenance. If you see it, do not try to force the payment through. Wait until the maintenance is over and submit again as instructed. Paying while a bank is under maintenance is one of the common reasons deposits become delayed.

Does WOC44 accept e-wallet payments?

Yes. Based on the deposit page, there is an E-Wallet/QR group with E-WALLET QR, QRPAY, ONEMPAY and ULTRAPAY, plus the mixed E-Wallet/QR/Bank gateways. Most of these work by scanning a QR code with your e-wallet app or banking app.

For Touch 'n Go, the site lists TNG PIN under the TNG/Telco group. This is different from a normal QR scan because it uses a reload PIN. Read the terms on the deposit page carefully, including any deduction or limit, before using it.

Practical tips for QR deposits:

  • Make sure the QR code is generated from inside your own WOC44 account on an official domain, not sent to you by a stranger on WhatsApp or Telegram
  • Do not reuse an old QR code; many gateway QR codes are valid for a single transaction or expire after a few minutes
  • Enter the exact amount requested, including cents if any
  • Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen as soon as the payment is complete

Can I deposit into WOC44 using another person's bank account?

Our advice: don't. The WOC44 registration form asks for your Full Name with the note "Must be the same as your bank account name". In other words, the name on the bank account you use should match the name you registered with. If you use a friend's, partner's or family member's bank account, the sender name will not match.

WOC44 does not publish a detailed written policy on third-party deposits. However, across the payments industry in general, funds from an account whose name does not match the account holder are commonly held for review, met with requests for extra documents, or rejected outright. This is done to prevent fraud, money laundering and the use of stolen accounts. As a result, your deposit may stay pending for a long time or need to be returned, and future withdrawals can also become complicated.

There is another risk too: if someone offers to "help deposit" on your behalf, or asks you to transfer money to their personal account, that is a scam warning sign. Deposits should only be made through methods generated inside your own account. To understand why a matching name matters from day one, see our WOC44 registration and OTP guide.

What should I do if a WOC44 deposit is deducted but not credited?

This situation is worrying, but most cases can be resolved if you stay calm and follow the right steps. Here is the order we recommend:

  1. Wait briefly. WOC44 does not publish deposit processing times, but payment gateways sometimes need a little time to confirm a transaction. Don't panic in the first few minutes.
  2. Refresh the balance page and check the History section of your account to see whether the transaction is recorded and what its status is.
  3. Check whether the Bank Maintenance popup appeared when you paid. If it did, the transaction was most likely delayed by bank maintenance.
  4. Check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the money was really deducted and is not just "pending" on the bank's side.
  5. Take a screenshot of the receipt or payment confirmation screen. Make sure the reference number, date, time and amount are clearly visible.
  6. Note the method you used (for example the gateway name, ATM/CDM or TNG PIN).
  7. Contact WOC44 Live Chat and give them that information. Other channels linked by the site are WhatsApp wa.me/60182248167 and Telegram t.me/woc44myr.
  8. Keep a record of the conversation with customer service until the issue is resolved.

Important: never give your password or OTP code to anyone, including someone claiming to be a WOC44 agent. Genuine customer service does not need this information to check a deposit. Read more about protecting your account in our WOC44 account security and verification guide.

If you paid a party that is not WOC44 (for example an "agent" on social media or a fake website) and now realise it was a scam, contact your bank immediately and report it to the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) on 997. The faster you report, the better the chance the transaction can be stopped.

What to send WOC44 Live Chat: a checklist

To speed up the review, prepare this checklist before contacting customer service. A complete message sent in one go is usually processed faster than a long back-and-forth of questions.

  • Your WOC44 mobile number or username (never your password)
  • The deposit method used (for example VPAY, QRPAY, ATM/CDM, TNG PIN, RICHPAY CRYPTO)
  • The exact amount paid
  • The date and time of payment
  • The transaction reference number or ID from your bank, e-wallet or gateway
  • A screenshot of the receipt or payment confirmation
  • The name of the bank account holder who made the payment
  • For crypto: the network used and the transaction hash (TXID)
  • A screenshot of the History section in your WOC44 account if the transaction appears there

Do not include: your password, OTP code, bank card PIN or a full photo of your bank card. If you are asked for anything like this, stop the conversation and confirm that you are on an official channel.

What are the common reasons a WOC44 deposit stays pending?

WOC44 does not publish an official list of reasons for delayed deposits. Based on how payment gateways usually work, these are the most frequent causes of a deposit being slow or not matched automatically:

  • The bank is under maintenance and the Bank Maintenance popup was ignored
  • The amount paid does not match the amount entered in the deposit form
  • The QR code had expired or was reused from an old transaction
  • The bank account holder's name does not match the registered name
  • The payment method selected in the account differs from the method actually used
  • For crypto: the wrong network was selected, or the transaction does not yet have enough blockchain confirmations
  • The payment was made to an account or link that was not generated inside your own WOC44 account

Most of these causes can be avoided by reading the deposit screen carefully, using the exact amount and only paying through details generated inside your account that day.

Scam red flags while depositing

Scammers often take advantage when someone is worried about a deposit that has not arrived. Be careful if you see any of these signs:

  • An "agent" who contacts you first and offers to fix the deposit for an extra fee
  • A request to transfer money to someone's personal bank account
  • A request for your OTP code, password or bank PIN
  • A link to a domain that is not listed in the WOC44 Official Websites banner
  • Pressure to pay a "release fee" before the deposit is credited

Check the list of official domains and how to spot fake sites in our guide to the WOC44 official site and fake maintenance pages.

Does WOC44 require proof of deposit?

WOC44 does not state publicly that proof of deposit is always required for every transaction (checked 31 October 2026). For a normal deposit that goes through smoothly, you may not need to send anything.

However, when a deposit is delayed or not credited, customer service will usually ask for a receipt or screenshot as proof. So a good habit is to keep proof of every deposit, at least until your balance has updated correctly. Keep physical ATM/CDM slips, and for online payments take a screenshot of the confirmation screen showing the reference number.

Can I cancel a pending WOC44 deposit?

WOC44 does not publish a policy on cancelling pending deposits. We did not find a cancel button described anywhere on the public site. If you want to cancel a deposit that is still pending, the only safe route is to ask WOC44 Live Chat directly and follow their instructions.

A common mistake to avoid is sending the same payment again and again because you assume the first one failed. This can leave your money deducted two or three times, and each transaction then has to be checked separately. Wait for customer service to answer about the first transaction before making any new payment.

If a deposit has already been credited together with a bonus, cancelling or withdrawing may be subject to promotion conditions. Understand the bonus terms first with our WOC44 bonus and wagering requirements guide.

How do I check my WOC44 deposit status?

To check your WOC44 deposit status, follow these steps inside your account:

  1. Log in to WOC44 through an official domain (for example woc44.online or another domain in the site's Official Websites banner).
  2. Open the History or transaction records section of your account.
  3. Find the deposit by date, time and amount.
  4. Look at the status shown, and refresh the page if needed.
  5. Open the balance page to confirm the amount has been updated.

The WOC44 balance page also shows information such as your VIP rank, "Rollover Requirement", "Minimum Deposit" and "Minimum Withdrawal". The site also notes that "Bet records will take a few minutes to be updated". That note is about bet records, but it is a reminder that what you see in your account is not always instant.

What is the WOC44 minimum deposit?

The WOC44 minimum deposit value is only shown inside your account, on the balance page under the label "Minimum Deposit". It is not published publicly, so we will not guess the number. The minimum may also differ between payment methods.

For reference, a Free Credit 365 Days promotional banner mentions "min topup RM1", but that is a condition of a specific promotion and not necessarily the minimum for every deposit method. Always confirm inside your own account. The same applies to the minimum withdrawal; see our WOC44 withdrawal guide for the related steps.

Budget and limit tips before you deposit

A pending deposit sometimes makes people rush and add even more money. Before you think about payment methods, set your personal limits first:

  • Set a monthly entertainment budget you can afford to lose completely, and never go over it
  • Never use money meant for rent, bills, savings or borrowed money
  • Never make extra deposits to chase losses
  • Set a time limit for playing and take frequent breaks
  • Remember that every game uses an RNG and has a house edge; no pattern or tactic guarantees a win
  • Avoid methods with heavy deductions, such as telco deposits that lose 30%

WOC44 does not publish self-exclusion or cooling-off tools. If you find gambling hard to control, call Talian Kasih on 15999 or Befrienders KL on 03-7627 2929. Talking to someone is a brave and useful step.
